Very friendly, its true, after one visit they know you on a first name basis. There's no pressure, work out at your pace. They even have a kids area, they can play video games, watch a movie, tv, very inexpensive. They will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals.
Love this place, very nice people, clean, and a movie theatre but instead of chair it's tred mills, bikes and eclipticals, I can deal with that. Zumba, spin and yoga, tanning bed.
Very nice people own and run this gym. It is a very small gym they need more room and more treadmills, half of the treadmills they have are not working. Also they need to stay open more!!! They were closed on a sun for observance of fathers day, give me break. I as a father wanted a workout on fathers day but was disappointed when I pulled in and saw the closed sign, major holidays yea close but small ones stay open and let people use the time off to work out.
Love the media room and friendly atmosphere but a bit overpriced.
