People don't watch their children, very trashed vandalism happens constantly to cars and buildings. Nice size apartments though.
No order or maintenance
The place isn't taken care of. Very dangerous for children. The lady that runs it is a crook. Kept one Tennant from getting their food stamps for 7 months just because she didn't want to get their paperwork. Can't run 2 places at once...........
