Looks are deceiving!! Motel “looks” clean.
A bit dated even though it was advertised as having been updated recently. No carpeting in rooms, vinyl flooring a bit more difficult to keep clean. Pretty noisy . . . walls and floors are not terribly sound deadening. Not a homey, comfortable stay. And all that for just $100/night ?
Good price and quiet. Don't Care much for the vinyl floor covering. Brings out the unevenness of the concrete too much.
Excellent location if you're wanting to check out the ark and creation museum. Night staff is super friendly. Right next to a few chain restaurants so that makes it easy and Wal-Mart is right around the corner. They do have a coffee station, but you'll have to stop somewhere for breakfast. The rooms are comparable for price and worked great for us since we mostly just needed them for sleeping. I'd stay again if I were to go back to the area.
However, both my husband and myself scratched all night. My husband slept in his street clothes, I slept in a clean r-shirt and shorts. We each slept in our own separate bed.
Hotel staff was notified immediately — they were very lackadaisical about it.
Great staff!! Beulah at front desk was awesome!!! Room was clean, lobby clean, however; door jams and locks need to be updated and there are several amenities not customary here i.e. shower cap, iron and ironing board, pool but overall neat place to stay if you are in the area for a short stay! I gave three stars because the staff tried hard accommodate every request. Thanks ladies!!!

When I pulled the bedding back, to look at the sheets, I was horrified to find BED BUG DROPPINGS - in BOTH beds.
