Good food.. but service was extremely delayed today. Also.. the lady cooking the food was not using gloves after ringing people up and her hair was hanging over her shoulder near the grill. Just think better hygiene could have been practiced.. they were all very nice though.
I felt sorry for the employees, was traveling and didn't have the 45 mins, It took. And didn't really want to hear the "manager" pretty much cry without tears. About being shorthanded. They let us know they where shorthamded. The rest of the show, was so unprofessional. The owners or District manager need to be smacked. Or be in a different business.
Slowest service I have encountered in a 'fast food' place. Drinks was out of order so had to eat food dry. Not a good experience.
Terrible experience here. Staff was unprofessional and rude. They were hanging all over each other at the end of the make line.
First customer of the day didn't provide a drink that I'll pay for sandwich was made wrong they were quick to fix the problem once I made them aware of it
They got 2/3 of our sandwiches wrong, and worked incredibly slowly. Needless to say, we will not be back.
No one wore gloves. They were touching register, faces, etc and then preparing food without a glove change or hand wash.
