Chicken was to salty.. Missing potatoes. Biscuit taste doughy. This is not normal I say that because the food is usually perfect. For the price it should be perfect.
Their speed of service is not that great. If you order KFC, you tend to get your food faster. My friend was over 1/2 way done with his KFC when I got my Taco Bell. Dining room was cleaner than I've seen it in the past.
This location is a seemingly newly designed KFC that distinguishes it from many other KFC's in the area with new signage and decorations. Very friendly staff. Eating areas and bathrooms were very clean. However, the faucet in the men's bathroom didn't work - they didn't seem to offer me a solution and just said they'd mention it to the manager. I jumped in the women's bathroom to wash my hands, but still there should be a way to wash hands in both bathrooms.
I stopped off to grab a quick meal. I found this KFC location (Dry Ridge, Ky. exit off I-75 North) to be a GOOD one! It was during the dinner hour but I was treated with fast & friendly service. My order was just as it should have been. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever had such a delicious KFC meal! KUDOS to their team!!
Love this KFC. It has a Taco Bell!! They always get my order right and the food is always hot when I get it. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and the workers are so friendly!
