Stopped in to pick up a part for a trimmer that was dead. The staff was helpful in finding the correct part number as the original part number was obsolete. The store was very well stocked with equipment and accessories. After a few minutes I was out the door with the correct part. An hour later I was using the trimmer that needed the part. Great service.
The lady running this store is just rude. No customer skills at all. Good equipment but bad service.
